I would like to ask the receipt of my order which was in 2020.12.16. Because there was a technical problem in your system when I ordered at 13:12 on 14th December 2020 [[20201213-0000066], so then I asked my friend to called your company to confirm my order and my payment. Now I was asked to have a receipt to send to the airport customs in Vietnam. I already check my email but no receipt to be sent to me, even I already paid and got the products. The value of my order was 195000 and the payment was made on 2020.12.14. 

Please provide me the receipt.
